Following are job duties:\nArchitect and develop testbench for 16-bit/32-bit Microcontroller IP's and products using System Verilog and UVM.\nResponsible for module level requirements development, TB plan, TB development and full chip integration of the module level TB.\nDevelop an effective suite of tests and test environments using System Verilog language and UVM to achieve functional verification goals\nCollaborate with Architect, Design and applications group engineers to verify the products and IP requirements.\nCollaborate with a group of verification engineers, providing technical support/mentoring, and drive projects to completion on time.\nWork with verification, architecture, applications, and design teams to develop comprehensive Verification plans\nDevelop effective functional assertions and coverpoints\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of industry experience\nHands on experience with System Verilog language\nStrong Object-Oriented Programming language experience (at least any one OOP language)\nHands on experience with any one verification methodologies, preferred: UVM\nKnowledge of Microcontroller architecture\nStrong digital design fundamentals\nPreferred knowledge of scripting language such as Perl, Python\n\n#LI-MS1\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%\nPhysical Attributes:\nHearing, Seeing, Talking\nPhysical Requirements:\n80% sitting, 10% walking, 10% standing\nMicrochip Technology Inc is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
