Primary systems would be Lenel, S2, Milestone, DMP, Axis cameras. Typically works under minimal supervision. Training in the specific systems can be provided.\nDuties and Responsibilities Installs and troubleshoots low voltage panels, wiring and associated devices including IP video systems, and intrusion systems.\nProvides onsite supervision of electronic installers on multiple worksites and coordinates the daily activities for the assigned worksites where assigned.\nMust have an ability to proctor, coach, and teach others.\nProvides reliable, high quality customer support.\nProvides customer instruction on system operation and functionality.\nPerforms system testing and signal verification.\nMaintains the necessary truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools).\nOrganizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.\nEnsures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.\nProvides documentation of service and hours worked.\nCompletes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.\nMust have a strong work ethic.\nMust be detail oriented.\nMust complete other projects, as assigned.\nMust be willing and able to travel in the state of Texas when applicable.\nAbilities Ability to use discretion and problem analysis.\nAbility to work effectively with others.\nAbility to work as part of a dynamic team and be flexible.\nAbility and willingness to make key contributions to the growth of the business.\nAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.\nAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.\nAbility to adapt to changes in the work environment, delays, or unexpected events; manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation.\nMust physically be able to lift 50 lbs., maneuver into and out of heavy equipment, and work on ladders and other elevated locations, including at times standing for extended periods, and occasionally working outside in extreme temperatures.\nAbility to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.\nAbility to maintain composure, keep emotions in check and avoid aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations.\nAbility to multi-task and proactively balance time management, quality installation, and project budget awareness.\nAbility to be a self-starter and function and work comfortably alone and with others on projects.\nMinimum Qualifications (Education, Skills & Experience) Minimum of a High School Diploma/Vocational Training.\nMust have five (5) or more years of experience.\nMust have mastery knowledge of intrusion systems, IP Video, and access control systems specifically Lenel/S2, Milestone, and DMP systems.\nMust be able to read plans, use a variety of tools and install panels, boxes and wiring accordingly.\nRequires proficient knowledge of OSHA Regulations and comprehension of national electronic code, state and local construction codes.\nMust possess strong communication/leadership skills when working with others.\nMust have an ability to determine and implement resolution to complex field situations.\nMust have good written and verbal communication skills.\nMust have an ability to lead others and manage multiple projects.\nMust have a valid driver’s license and be able to clear a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations Must obtain and retain any specific product certifications and/or licenses that are required by national, state and local codes.\nMust obtain and retain Lift certifications, and minimum OSHA 10 cert.\nBenefits Stone wants to elevate your professional growth!
