Overtime may be required based on business needs.\r\nIf you would like to apply by text message please text \\\"controlpanel\\\" to 763-247-4746.\r\nYou will be working in an air-conditioned warehouse\r\nResponsibilitiesRead and interpret documents such as wiring diagrams, sketches, layouts, work orders, work instructions, diagrams, safety rules, and procedure manuals.\r\nInstall electrical components according to work instructions.\r\nInstall wire on various control panel products.\r\nOperate necessary hand and power tools.\r\nDocument QC and problem resolution logs.\r\nAssist in 5S and Lean activities as required.\r\nIdentify and assist in process improvement measures.\r\nOther duties as assigned by Management.\r\nQualificationsKnowledge and ability to use basic hand and power tools.\r\nDependable and detail-oriented.\r\nStrong work ethic and a desire to learn.\r\nAbility to stand for an extended period of time.\r\nAbility to lift 30 lbs. repeatedly and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.\r\nAbility to work quickly, while always utilizing safe work practices and keeping an organized work area.\r\nVisual acuity (wire color and small print on wire).\r\nUnderstanding of the methods used to mount components.\r\nBasic computer skills including familiarity with Google Suite.\r\nDemonstrate the ability to meet Egan Company Systems quality standards (including but not limited to neatness, accuracy, level mounting of components, legible handwriting, clear labeling, etc.).\r\nStrong communication skills.\r\nWorking ConditionsFrequently bends, twists, squats, and lifts with arms extended.\r\nBenefits, Perks and PayComprehensive benefits packages are available through the respective union and typically include medical, dental and vision insurance, retirement savings, and more.
