This person will independently design and develop complex, highly interactive, and visually polished learning experiences from storyboards through final delivery.\n\nThe ideal candidate has strong technical and creative skills across eLearning development, animation, multimedia, accessibility, LMS/SCORM standards, and web-based custom interactions.
