For more information, please visit summitinterconnect.com.\n\nAbout the Role:\nUnder general supervision manually submerges panels and/or operates repetitive plating and wet process machines to electroplate/tinplate circuits onto panels.\n\nResponsibilities:\nManually perform or operate machines requiring standard setups, constant monitoring and periodic adjustments in speed, temperature and/or chemical levels.\nCheck levels of chemical baths and may perform additions as directed on assigned processes.\nPerform manual operations including machine loading.\nOperate repetitive plating and wet process machines to plate circuits onto planes, e.g., deposition process.\nMonitor machine and perform limited preventive maintenance, cleaning screens and makeup/adding chemistry under Lab direction.\nComprehend industry standards, customer specifications, designated reference materials and their appropriate application.\nWork independently with minimal supervision.\nWork under pressure with time constraints.\nOperate all Manual Plating processes and supporting equipment with little supervision.\nEffectively follow company systems and procedures.\nRequired Skills:\nGeneral ability to speak, read and write English fluently.\nStrong attention to detail.\nProblem solving ability.\nMust be able to cooperate and communicate effectively with management/supervisory staff Work independently with minimal supervision.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in printed circuit board (PCB) industry will be preferred.\nUnderstanding of industry standards and appropriate application\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in the PCB industry is preferred but not required.\nCompensation/Benefits:\nSummit offers a variety of health and benefit programs which include Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA plans, Hospital and Accident plans, Life Insurance, PTO, and Paid Holidays.
