The position focuses on technical support, troubleshooting, product performance optimization, and customer engagement.\r\nThe Technical Service Representative works closely with customers, sales teams, R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory groups to ensure successful product implementation, strong customer relationships, and consistent technical excellence.
