To learn more about our company culture, philosophy, and benefits, please visit our company page.\r\nJob Responsibilities and Requirements\r\nWhat You'll Do Initially\r\nYou will provide high-quality executive coordination and operational support, including:\r\nExecutive Support\r\n\r\nManage complex calendars for two executives\r\nCoordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries\r\nPrepare and submit expense reports\r\nAnticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively manage priorities\r\n\r\nEngineering Leadership Team Coordination\r\n\r\nAttend Engineering Leadership Team meetings\r\nPrepare agendas and meeting materials\r\nCapture key decisions and action items\r\nDrive follow-up and support leaders in achieving their commitments\r\n\r\nBusiness & Operational Support\r\n\r\nSupport business plan tracking and updates\r\nAssist engineering managers with presentation materials and slide preparation\r\nHelp organize departmental events and offsites\r\nPrepare and run timecard checks and reporting\r\nPurchase department supplies and manage miscellaneous operational needs\r\n\r\nHow This Role Will Grow\r\nOver time, the right candidate will:\r\n\r\nAnticipate executive and team needs without direction\r\nIdentify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements\r\nTake ownership of projects within engineering operations\r\nContribute to business planning processes\r\n\r\nWho We're Looking For\r\nWe are looking for someone who\r\n\r\nIs highly driven and intellectually curious\r\nWants exposure to executive leadership and engineering operations\r\nThinks ahead and anticipates needs\r\nIs organized, detail-oriented, and reliable\r\nIs comfortable holding others accountable for follow-up\r\nCommunicates clearly and confidently\r\nCan manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy\r\nHas strong Microsoft Office Skills\r\nDemonstrates professionalism and discretion\r\n\r\nRequirements\r\n\r\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent, some college preferred\r\nMinimum of 5 years administrative or operational support experience\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\r\nExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook\r\nMust be a team player and have the ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups at all organizational levels\r\n\r\nIntralox's benefit program is a major part of an employee's total compensation from the company.
