This role focuses on creating consistent activation workflows, improving speed to value, and ensuring teams across the business work together effectively to drive customer growth.Reporting to the VP, Solutions, with a dotted line into the SVP, Global Agency Partnerships, you will lead the teams and operational processes that move advertisers from onboarding through scaled adoption. You will work closely with Agency Partnerships, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, and Technical teams to create a repeatable and scalable activation model across the agency portfolio.What You Will DoEstablish and lead the activation operating model across agency partnershipsDefine scalable processes that move advertisers from onboarding to live campaigns and long-term adoptionLead Agency Activation and Technical Account Management teams, ensuring clear ownership and accountability across advertiser activationsDrive improvements in activation performance, including time to first campaign, advertiser adoption, and activation consistencyCreate and run weekly activation reviews to track progress, identify blockers, and prioritize activation efforts across agenciesPartner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, and Agency teams to resolve operational challenges and improve executionBuild reporting and visibility into activation health, progression from Pilot to Adoption, and operational risksDevelop scalable frameworks, processes, and operating cadences that support agency growth across the portfolioWhat We Are Looking ForStrong experience leading onboarding, activation, solutions, or customer adoption functions in a SaaS, advertising technology, or platform environmentExperience managing cross-functional programs and operational execution across multiple stakeholder groupsProven leadership experience managing teams focused on customer activation, technical account management, or customer deliveryAbility to create structure, accountability, and scalable operating processes in complex environmentsComfortable driving outcomes across teams without direct organizational ownership of every function involvedStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders and external partnersAnalytical and operational mindset with experience using metrics to improve execution and customer outcomesBias toward simplification, action, and scalable problem-solvingWhat We Offer YouFive weeks paid time off (PTO), 11 company paid holidays, unlimited sick daysGenerous healthcare packages & mental health benefits401K plus matching & equity grants for all new SmartliesWellness benefit & learning reimbursement opportunitiesVolunteer time off days & company donation matching opportunitiesAnd so much more…The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus an annual performance bonus. We take into consideration an individual’s background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary.
