The Supervisor owns the daily production commit: planning, staffing, and executing the schedule so that safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) targets are met. The Supervisor is accountable for people management within the team — including time-off (PTO) approvals, timekeeping, attendance, staffing and overtime decisions, performance management, and development — in partnership with Human Resources.\nThe Operations Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and works cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Human Resources.
