This position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a track hoe on various excavation projects while supporting crews in completing work on time and to standard.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nOperate trackhoe to effectively complete all assigned jobs within designated time limits\nPrepare daily electronic timecards for projects, including multiple tasks, machines, and employees, itemized for proper billing\nIdentify hazards associated with task assignments and seek clarification when needed\nMaintain clean and safe work areas (remove debris, trash, snow, and ice as required)\nDirect laborers and other employees to complete tasks within specified time limits\nFollow OSHA guidelines and lockout/tagout procedures\nComply with all company safety policies, practices, and procedures; report unsafe activities to supervisors and safety managers\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience operating a track hoe\nBasement digging experience preferred\nHardworking, dependable, and safety-conscious\nAbility to lift, carry, and transfer 50 lbs. or more continuously\nMust be at least 18 years old with valid documentation to work in the U.S.\nMust be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen\n\nPhysical Demands & Working Conditions\n\nFrequent lifting, carrying, and movement of 50+ lbs.\nRegular climbing, kneeling, crouching, and operation of heavy equipment\nOutdoor work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and noise\nExposure to typical construction site hazards, including moving machinery and uneven ground\n\nWhy Join Hadco?\n\nAt Hadco Construction, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
