The incumbent supports mission-critical medical logistics readiness programs by collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting operational data that enables informed decision-making across Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS), Unit Deployment Packages (UDP), Medical Materiel Readiness Program (MMRP), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Medical Logistics Support Team (MLST) operations.\n\nThe position serves as a key contributor in transforming complex logistics and readiness data into actionable information that improves operational effectiveness, supply chain performance, and mission readiness.\n\nKey Qualifications\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nData Collection and Analysis\n\nCollect, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support AMLC FPD operational, logistics, and readiness requirements.\nIdentify customer reporting requirements and determine technical, operational, and data-related issues affecting mission execution.\nAnalyze trends, performance indicators, inventory metrics, readiness data, and supply chain information to support leadership decision-making.\nPerform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis.\n\nReporting and Business Intelligence\n\nLead the development, design, and maintenance of recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical products.\nTransform complex datasets into meaningful visualizations, metrics, and executive-level briefing materials.\nDevelop statistical reports, trend analyses, workload assessments, readiness reports, and operational performance metrics.\nSupport leadership with data-driven recommendations that improve resource allocation, mission planning, and operational execution.\n\nInformation Systems Support\n\nAnalyze and troubleshoot information system requirements associated with logistics, supply, inventory, and readiness management programs.\nSupport data integration efforts between Government systems and organizational reporting tools.\nIdentify new data sources, reporting methodologies, and analytical techniques that improve data collection and reporting capabilities.\nAssist with system testing, validation, and implementation activities related to data management solutions.\n\nProcess Improvement and Mission Support\n\nEvaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and operational visibility.\nAssist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), data management guidance, user manuals, and training materials.\nSupport mission analysis efforts related to medical logistics readiness, force projection activities, and sustainment operations.\nCollaborate with logistics analysts, procurement specialists, program managers, and Government personnel to address complex operational challenges.\n\nStrategic Decision Support\n\nPrepare executive summaries, briefings, information papers, and management reports for AMLC leadership.\nSupport the development of performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with mission objectives.\nConduct research and analysis to support strategic planning initiatives, operational assessments, and readiness reviews.\nProvide actionable insights that enhance medical materiel visibility, asset accountability, and supply chain responsiveness.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.\nMinimum of four (4) years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, information management, logistics analysis, or related analytical disciplines.\nExperience developing reports, dashboards, and analytical products using Microsoft Office applications and data visualization tools.\nDemonstrated ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n\nKnowledge of data analytics principles, reporting methodologies, and performance measurement techniques.\nAbility to identify trends, anomalies, and operational risks through quantitative and qualitative analysis.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and other reporting platforms.\nAbility to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nKnowledge of database concepts, data management practices, and data governance principles.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and reporting requirements in a dynamic operational environment.\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience supporting Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC), Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Health Agency (DHA), or military logistics organizations.\nFamiliarity with Army medical logistics systems, supply chain management processes, and readiness reporting requirements.\nExperience supporting Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS), Unit Deployment Packages (UDP), Medical Materiel Readiness Program (MMRP), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), or Medical Logistics Support Team (MLST) operations.\nExperience developing Power BI dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and executive analytics products.\nKnowledge of Army and DoD data management policies and business intelligence practices.\n\nSecurity Requirement\n\nThe individual selected for this position must possess or be able to obtain and maintain all required Government installation access credentials and security requirements necessary for contract performance.
