We’re hiring for multiple positions in a dynamic rubber manufacturing environment. These roles involve operating specialized machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced setting.\n\nMachines in Operation:\nDemolder Operator- responsible for removing finished products from molds, preparing molds for the next production cycle, and ensuring product quality through collaboration with Peelers and Mixers. This role involves operating equipment safely, performing quality checks, maintaining accurate production\nPeeler Operator- responsible for operating and maintaining peeling equipment to process customer orders to lengths and thickness. Ensure efficiency, adherence to safely and standards of fast paced manufacturing.\n\nLine Operator: transform raw materials into high-quality tile products by operating press machines and ensuring precision throughout the production process. This role combines hands-on work with attention to detail—setting formulas, inspecting quality, and maintaining equipment—while keeping the workspace clean and safe.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperate machine safely and efficiently.\nPerform quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards.\nInput and retrieve data from ERP systems.\nCommunicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.\nMaintain attention to detail while managing machine interfaces.\n\nQualifications:\nPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.\nProven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nBasic math and computer skills; ERP experience preferred.\nSafety-conscious and able to work overtime as needed.\n\nWork Environment:\nRubber manufacturing facility.\nLoud, dusty, and not climate-controlled.\nPPE required: safety glasses, steel/composite toe boots, ear protection.\n\nWhat we offer you:\nCompetitive medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance coverage.\n401k with a company match.\nPTO Hours are accrued from Day 1.\nTuition reimbursement.\nOpportunities for development and internal promotions.\nTwo minute walk to eco-friendly public transportation from rabbittransit.\n\nAbout ECore:\n\nEvolving materials for a changing worldCircularity isn’t just about reusing and recycling, it’s about empowering innovation and imagination.
