Information Technology Support Engineer

Job title: IT Support EngineerCompany: A fast-moving Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting a wide range of clients with diverse and often complex IT environments.About the Role:As a System / Cloud Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT services across multiple client environments. You'll be responsible for managing infrastructure, solving puzzling technical challenges, and building strong client relationshipsWhat You'll Be Doing:Lead and support engineering projects across client environments.Monitor and maintain systems and infrastructure for performance and security.Customize solutions to meet client needs and propose enhancementsTroubleshoot issues, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely resolutionMust haves:Expertise in Azure Cloud, Intune, Microsoft 365, related cloud technologies.System administration: installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.Nice to haves:VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon experience.Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions, primarily Veeam B&R.Scripting for automation and efficiency — PowerShell experience or ability to utilize AI to author production-ready scripts.Location: 3x a week in New York (Battery Park area)Salary: up to $120k per year
