Identifies and addresses complex inter-team technical dependencies, bridges gaps in technical management. Identifies and executes on opportunities for improvements to the delivery process; works with relevant teams to redesign process flows. Drives technical and regulatory consistency across workstreams; develops documentation to ensure ongoing maintenance and development of solutions. Participates in PI planning meetings and other Agile ceremonies for team/teams. Facilitates and plans change management and release management activities. Follows and instills documentation best practices to ensure designs meet requirements. Monitors and ensures compliance with SDLC standards. Provides and consolidates inputs for leadership updates; facilitates meetings with leadership on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project/program delivery. Tracks and interprets relevant OKR/KPIs; identifies key insights & next steps.
