This successful resource will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, supporting, and maintaining electronic equipment.RESPONSIBILITIES:Respond to customer service related issuesTest and document readings for customer systemsUpdate customer filesTroubleshoot and repair electronic componentsTrain and instruct customers on proper use of equipmentHandle on-call duties on a regular scheduled basisRead and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints REQUIREMENTS: Experience pulling cables and installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic communication systemsStrong communication and customer service skills PREFERRED SKILLS: Associate's degreeExperience with nurse call applications, fire alarms, CCTV, and sound systems, Cat5Experience working at client sitesCertifications
