Serving as the primary on-site management representative, the Program/Site Manager ensures all contractual requirements are met by effectively managing personnel, resources, schedules, quality, and operational readiness. This position provides leadership to assigned staff while maintaining close coordination with Government representatives to ensure training objectives are accomplished safely, efficiently, and within established timelines and budget constraints.\n** Contingent upon contract award **\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDirect and oversee daily contract operations to ensure successful execution of combat training and pre-deployment training support activities.\nPlan, coordinate, and supervise the completion of all assigned tasks within established schedules, budget limitations, and performance objectives.\nSchedule, assign, and monitor work performed by subordinate personnel, subcontractors, and supporting staff to ensure timely completion of all assigned requirements.\nProvide leadership, mentorship, and training to junior personnel to promote professional development and operational effectiveness.\nEnforce established work standards, policies, and procedures while conducting routine performance reviews and resolving operational discrepancies to ensure full compliance with contract requirements.\nServe as the primary liaison between the Government and contractor personnel regarding operational planning, execution, resource management, and mission support activities.\nProvide recommendations and guidance concerning the planning, execution, sustainment, and reconstitution of personnel, equipment, and operational assets.\nAssist Government personnel in managing operational schedules, resource allocation, staffing requirements, cost controls, and quality assurance efforts to meet mission objectives.\nApply knowledge of pre-deployment training requirements, combat training methodologies, and operational planning to support realistic and effective training events.\nMonitor contract performance and identify operational risks, staffing concerns, scheduling conflicts, and resource shortfalls;
