OverviewI-2-I Solutions, Inc. is a government contractor that provides various professional services to Government clients such as water quality monitoring, business services, and facility repair & maintenance.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Government Contracting professional to serve as aQuality Assurance Specialist With over 150 Government Contracts with a dozen different agencies, we want to ensure consistent service delivery to all our customers. Our goal is for our customers to LOVE us and to feel we deliver exceptional value for their mission.The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional who has the experience necessary to take our services to the next level in accuracy, security, and quality. The specialist will be charged with developing a complete Quality Assurance program that not only safeguards service quality but also fosters a culture in which all employees are actively engaged.We are seeking a candidate who will be hands-on in tackling quality or service deficiencies before they become major shortfalls. As such, candidates with Project Management or Operations experience are strongly preferred. Travel to project sites is mandatory.Special noteI-2-I Solutions is a service provider, we do not have any products or software.Logistical DetailsJob Title: Quality Assurance Specialist On Site: Birmingham, ALTravel: up to 50%Salary Range $65-70,000Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and oversee service inspection and testing for quality and conformance to contract deliverables and customer expectationsAssist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality and compliance levelsInvestigate reports of service quality or compliance issues and ensure resolutionDevelop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of service complaintsMonitor risk-management and pro-actively identify potential issues or hotspots Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processesQualificationsBachelor's Degree strongly preferred; may be substitutable with certificates, training, or adequate real-world experienceMinimum three (3) years of experience in either: (a) Government Contracting or (b) SERVICES Quality Control/Quality Assurance roleProject Management or Operations experience are strongly preferredA keen eye for detailStrong communication skillsComputer literacyAbout I-2-I SolutionsI-2-I Solutions is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
