We provide end‑to‑end program and operations support—managing sourcing, logistics, and subcontract administration—to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery while maintaining the rigorous quality and compliance standards required in the aerospace industry. We are seeking an experienced supply‑chain professional to own major subcontracts, drive supplier performance, and continuously improve our overall supply‑chain effectiveness.The JobManage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate‑to‑high‑risk subcontracts that include COTS, performance‑specification, and complex build‑to‑print parts.Collaborate with multifunctional teams—engineering, program, finance, and quality—to align requirements, resolve issues, and drive successful contract outcomes.Exercise procurement delegation by authorizing supplier agreements and purchase orders within the authority limits established for the role.Develop and refine subcontract specifications, statements of work, and terms & conditions for specialized materials, equipment, and services that support development, production, and global sustainment of Sikorsky aircraft programs.Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and create evaluation criteria; analyze proposals, negotiate price and contract terms, recommend subcontractors, and draft final award documents.Administer awarded subcontracts and oversee required change activity, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and internal policies while working closely with stakeholders to keep the supply chain on track.Basic QualificationsBachelors degree from an accredited college or universityMicrosoft Office Suite tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint2+ years of professional work experienceDesired Skills Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement or related field Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARS) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) Demonstrated working knowledge of SAPPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
