This role works closely with internal teams to design, develop, maintain, and improve software solutions that support daily operations, reporting, and long-term business growth.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical solutions in fast-paced environments.\nEffective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and explain technical concepts clearly.\nA detail-oriented mindset focused on producing accurate, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, organization, and project timelines.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and internal business systems.\nSupport MPW’s technology infrastructure and JD Edwards ERP application environment.\nDevelop and enhance applications using C#, WPF, WCF, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, and related technologies.\nCreate and maintain database objects including views, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.\nWrite and optimize T-SQL queries to support application performance and reporting needs.\nAssist with system integrations using XML, web services, and .NET technologies.\nSupport application security, user access management, and Active Directory integrations.\nMonitor system performance and assist with troubleshooting software and database-related issues.\nParticipate in software upgrades, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.\nCollaborate with business users to gather requirements and develop technical solutions that improve operational efficiency.\nAssist with disaster recovery planning, system maintenance, and capacity planning initiatives.\nSupport reporting, business intelligence, and data warehouse solutions as needed.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation for applications, processes, and system configurations.\nWork with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.\n\nWhat You’ll Need\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\nMinimum of 4 years of software development or software design experience.\nExperience with C#, WPF, WCF, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, and related development technologies.\nExperience working with XML, web services, .NET CLR, and Active Directory environments.\nStrong SQL Server experience including T-SQL, SSIS, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and database security.\nExperience with business intelligence tools, data warehouse design, or reporting platforms is preferred.\nExperience with SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, or Microsoft Office integrations is a plus.\nExperience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments is preferred.\nExperience with K2 Blackpearl or workflow automation platforms is a plus.\nAbility to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods throughout the workday.\nAbility to occasionally lift and move office equipment or technology hardware up to 25 pounds.\n\nBenefits and Perks\nCompetitive salary with opportunities for career growth and advancement\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage\n401(k) with company match\nPaid time off and floating holidays\nVolunteer Time Off (VTO) to give back to your community\nEmployee referral bonus program\nWellness benefits that support your overall health and well-being\nOpportunities for professional development, training, and leadership growth\nCollaborative and supportive team environment\nStable company with long-term career opportunities\n\nWho Thrives Here\nYou enjoy meaningful work and take pride in contributing to a team that values collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
