As we scale toward our next phase of growth?including planned acquisitions and a complete financial systems transformation?you'll play a critical role in building the financial infrastructure and analytical capabilities that will drive our success.\n\nThis is a high-impact position where your time will be focused on strategic initiatives including financial modeling, M&A integration, and systems implementation, while ensuring operational excellence across our accounting and administrative operations.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nStrategic Finance & Analysis Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support data-driven decision-making across the organization\nBuild and maintain sophisticated financial models for business performance analysis, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives\nDevelop financial analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights to executive leadership and department heads\nLead financial due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions Partner with the CFO on strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and long-term financial planning\nProvide financial analysis and recommendations on pricing strategy, product profitability, and customer economics\nPresent monthly financial reports and quarterly performance analysis to executive leadership, lead ad hoc reporting aligned to planning cycles and business needs\n\nSystems Transformation & Process Improvement (Strategic Component)\nLead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new system to replace homegrown accounting tools\nDrive the integration of a new billing and invoicing platform across the organization\nDesign and implement scalable financial processes and controls to support company growth\nIdentify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across the finance function\nOversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP\nEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting to executive leadership\nMaintain internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards\nManage relationships with external auditors and other financial partners\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired:\n10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a Controller or senior finance leadership role\nStrong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting expertise\nExperience leading financial systems implementations (ERP, billing systems, etc.)\nExperience managing and developing finance teams\nDeep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV) and revenue recognition (ASC 606).\nStrong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting requirements\nAdvanced Excel skills and financial analysis capabilities\nStrong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field\n\nStrongly Preferred:\nCPA or CMA certification\nM&A experience, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration\nExperience in the technology or SaaS industry\nBackground working with companies in the $50M-$100M revenue range\nExperience transitioning financial platforms\nRetail or POS/ERP software industry knowledge\n\nYou'll Thrive Here If You:\nAre energized by building and transforming financial operations in a growth environment\nLove diving into data to uncover insights and tell the story behind the numbers\nThink strategically but aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves operationally Are a natural teacher and team builder who enjoys developing others\n\nAbout Us\nWe're a founder-owned retail technology company with 170+ employees providing innovative ERP and POS solutions.
