The ideal candidate is passionate about the field of ABA, committed to clinical excellence, and driven to make a significant impact on the lives of our clients and their families.Multiple Opportunities Available:On-site positions for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):LocationSetting/DescriptionLocation 1: Wyckoff, NJCenter-Based PositionLocation 2: Fairfield, NJCenter-Based PositionLocation 3: West Windsor, NJPreschool setting - BCBA to supervise a shadow for a studentLocation 4: District PositionsBCBA for District positions (Various NJ locations)Location 5: Traveling BCBATraveling BCBA for home cases in New Jersey (Various NJ locations)Key ResponsibilitiesThe BCBA will be responsible for:Conducting comprehensive assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans for clients aged 18 months to 21 years.Delivering behavior reduction strategies and skills acquisition programming.Providing direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).Conducting effective parent training to promote generalization of skills across environments.Providing consultation and collaboration with school districts and other team members.Monitoring client progress through ongoing data analysis and making timely adjustments to interventions.Maintaining thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and reports.Adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices in ABA.QualificationsBCBA certification and licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in New Jersey is required.Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Strong expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior reduction planning.Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses.Skills in supervising ABA therapists, comprehensive case management, and data-driven decision-making.Ability to deliver effective parent training and provide consultation to school districts.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).Experience working with individuals with Autism or related disorders is strongly preferred.CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.Work Environment and CultureABLG fosters a supportive and collaborative professional environment where clinical excellence is prioritized.
