You will work directly with founders and hiring managers to build exceptional engineering teams powering next generation AI infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced startup, takes ownership, and is excited to build recruiting processes from the ground up.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.\nBuild outbound sourcing pipelines for AI, Infrastructure, Backend, and Full Stack Engineering talent.\nPartner directly with founders and hiring managers on hiring strategy, role requirements, and interview processes.\nCreate and improve recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, outreach campaigns, and candidate experience.\nTrack recruiting metrics including response rates, interview conversion, pipeline health, and time to hire.\nWhat We're Looking For\n1 to 4 years of Technical Recruiting experience.\nExperience recruiting within a startup or recruitment agency supporting startup clients.\nFormer founders transitioning into recruiting are welcome to apply.\nExperience recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent.\nExperience hiring AI, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, or Software Engineering talent.\nExperience building outbound sourcing pipelines from scratch.\nExperience using Ashby or a similar Applicant Tracking System.\nExcellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to communicate confidently with engineering candidates.\nComfortable working in a fast moving, high ownership startup environment.\nAbility to adapt quickly and perform well with ambiguity.\nWillingness to work on site in San Francisco five days per week.\nWhat Makes You Stand Out\nExperience building recruiting pipelines and recruiting frameworks from scratch.\nStrong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, Backend, and Full Stack Engineering hiring.\nAgency recruiting experience with a proven ability to independently source technical talent.\nTrack record of successfully filling difficult technical positions.\nExcited to be an early employee and help scale a rapidly growing company.\nWhat We're Not Looking For\nRecruiters with 6 or more years of recruiting experience.\nCandidates with only Big Tech or enterprise recruiting backgrounds.\nRecruiters without startup or agency recruiting experience.\nCandidates who require a highly structured work environment.\nIndividuals seeking a traditional 9 to 5 role.\nCandidates who cannot work on site in San Francisco or relocate.\nJoin us as we build an exceptional team from the ground up!
