We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the K.C. area to help expand our footprint across Missouri and Kansas. This isn’t just another sales role — it’s an opportunity to build a rewarding career with strong earning potential and room for advancement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an OSR, you’ll play a key role in driving our sales efforts by identifying new opportunities and establishing strong business relationships. If you enjoy networking, connecting with people, and creating long-term partnerships, this position is for you.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and developing leads to uncover new customer opportunities.
Connecting with Property Managers, Building Engineers, and Facility Supervisors to introduce our services and build lasting relationships.
Making outbound calls, sending follow-up emails, and scheduling meetings to generate new business.
Listening carefully to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Partnering with the sales team by sharing insights and helping move deals toward close.
You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship from our experienced Director of Service Sales and collaborate with industry professionals who are committed to helping you succeed.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
You consistently make proactive calls, follow up diligently, and secure appointments.
You actively build new relationships and expand our client base.
You identify customer needs and convert prospects into long-term, profitable clients.
You confidently manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through closing support.
You effectively utilize CRM platforms and quoting tools to track progress and opportunities.
You nurture existing accounts while continuously seeking new growth opportunities.
