At First Finish we will provide you with specialized training and development tools that supports you to be your best at running projects, collaborating with clients and developing professionally.\n\nIn this role, you will assist the Project Manager with project set up, project execution, project closeout, financial management and relationship management. You will:\nEnsure that proper tools and processes are in place prior to the beginning of a project.\nManage the construction administration process from pre-construction through close-out.\nCollaborate and work with clients, owners, subs and First Finish staff.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in construction management and/or related industry experience a plus\n2+ years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor\nExperience in buy out process alongside RFIs, change orders and submittals.\nExperience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites or other project management software a plus\nAbility to navigate blueprints.\nField and/or procurement experience is a plus.\nMust have the flexibility for required business travel.\nEEO Information:\n\nFirst Finish prohibits discrimination against any staff member or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, disability, creed, citizenship status, or any other legally protected characteristic.\n\nSalary Range Information:\n\nCalifornia Base Salary Range: $72,300 - $115,600.
