While we do not require previous landscaping experience, a background in employee management, scheduling, and coordinating is a must. Many services we provide are unique to the landscaping industry. In order to offer our customers the best Snows experience, eligible candidates for the Operations Manager role will be required to train both in the field and in the office with our team prior to fully transitioning into the role. Length of training will depend on prior experience and knowledge.
