sandblaster cleaned out and work on all phases of the paint department as necessary.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS: What are the 5-8 major responsibilities/activities of the role and 2-3 major expectations attributed to each activity?\nOperate Sand Blaster\nLearn the safe operation of the sand blasting area\nPerform sand blasting in a safe and efficient manner\nKeep your work areas cleaned up\nDispose of trash in the and the facility weather in trash receptacles or around loose.\nPerform required workplace and equipment pre-shift inspections\nClean Up Blaster\nClean out Sand Blaster to keep the operations going without delay.\nDo any loader work that needs done at the operation\nDo any other work as assigned and trained to do\nDo any assigned work to the best of your ability and training\nPerform required workplace and equipment pre-shift or post-shift inspections\nTell the Foreman and Manager of safety hazards\n\nATTRIBUTES: What are the Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities for this position?\nA desire to be the most efficient as possible\nMust be able to perform the essential functions of the job\nSelf-motivated\nSafety oriented\nWilling to learn and grow with the company\nGoal Driven\nPhysical Demands include, but are not limited to:\nAccess all areas within a site which could include heights, confined spaces, climbing ladders or stairs.\nWill be working at times in office environment but mainly in a manufacturing environment.\nThe employee will be exposed to the following working conditions: Extreme Heat and Cold, Noise, Vibration, Oils, and Atmospheric Conditions such as Dust, Fumes, and Mineral Particles.\nThe employee will be required to perform the following actions (from time to time): Standing, walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching,
