This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, knowledge, or abilities associated with this classification but is intended to accurately reflect the principle job elements.\nReports to: Director of Expanded Learning\nRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES\nAdvertisement and Enrollment of all site-based ELOP programs.\nManagement and data-entry of all site-based ELOP attendance records\nEnsuring the safety of scholars and partners by implementing and enforcing ISANA safety protocols and procedures.\nOpen communication with parents, vendors, school site teams, and the ICO EXL team.\nDeveloping and implementing daily physical enrichment activities that are engaging and age appropriate\nAssemble students and enter attendance\nReport vendor concerns to ICO EXL team\nOversee and monitor student behavior during club activities to ensure a safe and positive learning environment,\nDistribute and record snacks to ELOP participants\nProvide front office support at the conclusion of daily ELOP Clubs.\nExercises independent judgment\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nMINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION/TRAINING & EXPERIENCE\nAt Least 48 College Credit or ability to pass the ISANA Academies Paraprofessional Proficiency Exam\nAbility to speak, read, and write English\nPrior Experience working with school aged children preferred\nMust clear TB and Background\nAbility to maintain accurate and clear records\nPHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ELEMENTS:\nThis position may include long periods of sitting or standing in an environment with moderate noise levels, and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances.
