DESCRIPTION OF SERVICESClient is seeking one Business Analyst 2 (AI Business Analyst) to support the Director of Applied AI within the Chief AI & Innovation Office.The selected candidate will assist with operational and analytical activities supporting an AI awareness training program, including tracking submissions, evaluating applications, documenting assessments, and communicating with stakeholders.All work products resulting from this project will be considered "works made for hire and will remain the property of the Texas Department of Information Resources.Candidates may be required to undergo criminal background checks in accordance with Texas law. DIR will not pay any fees associated with interviews or candidate selection activities.________________________________________II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe AI Business Analyst will support the AI training program assessment lifecycle and perform duties including but not limited to:" Support the Director of Applied AI in program operations and administrative tracking." Log, track, and manage AI awareness training program submissions and applications." Review submitted programs/applications to ensure compliance with established requirements." Conduct initial assessments and documentation of results for AI training program applications." Maintain records, status reports, and tracking documentation." Communicate with applicants regarding submission status, clarifications, and feedback." Respond to inquiries from external stakeholders and program participants." Assist with the development and improvement of AI program evaluation processes and documentation." Support reporting activities and maintain organized program data using Microsoft Office tools." Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective AI program governance and oversight.________________________________________III.
