SAP S/4Hana Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Solution Architec t to lead the business focused architecture for a large scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role is responsible for connecting enterprise business strategy, end to end value streams, and SAP S/4HANA target architecture into executable migration and implementation plans.The ideal candidate brings strong executive communication skills, a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes, and the ability to translate business architecture into clear technical direction across process design, data migration, system integration, and platform strategy. The emphasis is on S 4HANA target state architecture, migration execution planning, and design principles.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise and Business ArchitectureOwn the end to end enterprise architecture view for the SAP S/4HANA transformationUnderstand and model enterprise value streams including order to cash, supply chain, enterprise asset management lifecycle, and financial integrationEnsure alignment between business strategy, operating model, and SAP S/4HANA target architectureProvide a horizontal, cross functional perspective across processes, systems, and data domains SAP S 4HANA Strategy and DesignDefine SAP S/4HANA target architecture and key design principlesTranslate business architecture into technical requirements covering integration, data migration, and infrastructure needsGuide decisions around system decomposition, integration patterns, and data movement across the enterpriseEnsure clean core principles and future ready architecture without a focus on ECC remediation Migration and Transformation ExecutionConvert SAP S/4HANA migration strategy into actionable plans that delivery teams can executeProvide architectural oversight across end to end process migration, data migration, and system integrationPartner with delivery, technical, and platform teams to ensure architectural integrity throughout implementationSupport planning for full system migration rather than isolated functional moves Integration, Data, and Platform ArchitectureDefine integration architecture across SAP and non SAP systemsGuide data migration strategy, including scope, sequencing, and dependenciesAlign infrastructure and platform decisions to support SAP S 4HANA and future scalabilityLeverage SAP Business Technology Platform for integration, extension, and security patterns Governance, Communication, and Stakeholder EngagementLead and facilitate architecture and process workshops with directors, vice presidents, and senior stakeholdersAct as a trusted advisor translating complex architecture topics into clear business outcomesCommunicate architecture decisions, tradeoffs, and impacts at an executive levelPartner closely with business leaders to ensure adoption and alignment Process Modeling and ToolingUse SAP Signavio to map, analyze, and optimize end to end business processesEnsure process models support future state SAP S/4HANA capabilitiesMaintain traceability between business processes, architecture decisions, and execution plans Required Experience and SkillsExtensive experience as an SAP Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect with SAP S/4HANAStrong understanding of SAP S /4HANA business processes and end to end value streamsProven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migrations or implementationsAbility to translate business requirements into technical architecture and execution plansExperience with system integration, data migration strategy, and enterprise architectureFamiliarity with SAP Business Technology Platform and enterprise single sign on conceptsExperience using SAP Signavio or similar process modeling toolsStrong executive level communication and workshop facilitation skills Preferred QualificationsBackground working on large scale enterprise SAP transformationsExperience working closely with business leadership rather than only technical teamsEnterprise architecture or solution architecture certificationsExperience defining architecture governance and design principles for ERP transformations Success in This Role Looks LikeBusiness and technology stakeholders share a common understanding of the SAP S/4HANA target stateMigration strategy is clearly translated into executable plansEnd to end processes, data, and integrations are architected cohesively rather than in silosExecutive leadership trusts architectural guidance and decision makingSAP S 4HANA implementation progresses with minimal rework due to strong upfront architectur
