Our team interacts with our healthcare customers to understand their needs and ultimately deliver the best user experience possible.\r\nWhat you'll be doing\r\nInnovating the implant supply chain by building best of breed mobile and web products\r\nCollaborating with internal teams on technical designs and the best approach to meet client and organization needs\r\nBreaking down product goals by architecting solutions and defining work into smaller deliverables\r\nDesigning, developing and deploying modular cloud-based systems.\r\nEnsuring our solutions are responsive, scalable, and robust\r\nStaying up-to-date with new technologies and software development practices\r\nWorking in an agile environment with scrum methodologies\r\nWhat we look for in you\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field\r\n3 to 5+ years of experience developing mobile apps natively in iOS and/or Android\r\nCommercial experience developing and delivering Flutter based apps\r\nGood understanding of state management and app architecture in Flutter\r\nExperience building performant, scalable solutions\r\nFamiliarity with common programming design patterns and best practices\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\r\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills\r\nWe'll invest in you but here are some nice to have skills:\r\nExperience interacting with and developing RESTful APIs\r\nExperience working and troubleshooting an AWS delivered SaaS product\r\nExperience with mobile app deployment automation using Fastlane\r\nAbout you\r\nContinuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices.\r\nAttention to User Experience: Developing software that meets user needs and provides a positive experience.\r\nContinuous Improvement: A mindset of always seeking ways to improve processes, code quality, and development techniques.\r\nProblem-Solving Skills: Developers often encounter complex issues that require creative and logical problem-solving to find effective solutions.\r\nAttention to Detail: Writing clean and bug-free code requires careful attention to detail, ensuring that even the smallest errors are caught and fixed.\r\nStrong Communication: Effective communication is essential for collaborating with team members, understanding project requirements, and providing updates on progress.\r\nAdaptability: The ability to adapt to changing project requirements, new tools, and shifting priorities.\r\nTeam Player: Collaboration is key in software development.
