Desk Security Officer

Weekly Work Schedule: Days of the week: Thursday - Monday (off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)Start and End Time: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm (40-hours per week) Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and visitorsManage access control, including issuing and terminating access badgesProvide parking validations and monitor visitor check-in/out proceduresAssist the property access during special events and deliveriesMaintain and organize front desk supplies and documentationAnswer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionallyMonitor security systems including cameras, alarms, and specialized softwareObserve and report incidents accurately and promptlyFacilitate emergency notifications and response proceduresMaintain detailed logs and reports using digital toolsPerform additional property-specific duties as assigned Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile21+ years of ageHigh school diploma or GEDCurrent St. Louis Security License (or ability to obtain one)3+ year of security experience (preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and re porting softwareExperience with security monitoring systems (preferred)Positive, team-oriented attitudeAvailability for weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts (preferred)
