The minimum starting pay is $22.88 per hour, taking experience into consideration.\n\nWage Range: $22.88 - 30.61\n\nLocation: Decorah, IA\n\nType: Full Time\n\nConsistent Schedule: 2nd Shift: 4 10-hour days 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday\n\nOvertime is scheduled as needed.\n\nA day in the life of a Technical Pattern Maker at Gemini includes:\n\n· Uses a computer to review artwork for manufacturability. Cleans and edits files as necessary with graphic arts software.\n\n· Operates different machines such as CNC routers, Haas mills, table saws, and 3D printers to complete orders.\n\n· Paints patterns and boxes with paints and sealers using a spray gun or brush.\n\n· Work environment is bright and warm around equipment\n\n· Reports to our Plant Manager\n\nThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
