A successful Program Manager will efficiently manage program cost, schedule, and performance utilizing available personnel and processes. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for everything involving a program's contractual requirements, organization, and timeline.\r\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES Actively lead on and maintain responsibility and accountability for Fulcrum's program performance (technical, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction) on all programs\r\nServe as the primary point of contact for all relevant program management activities\r\nCreate long- and short-term schedules, including milestones, deadlines, and the allocation of resources\r\nCommunicate internally across sections and externally with both customers and end-users\r\nPrioritize Fulcrum's internal resources across multiple programs\r\nUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.\r\nDevelop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.\r\nWork across the company to streamline program execution and support Lean Initiatives\r\nCommunicate with company leadership, managers, and supervisors as necessary to keep programs aligned with goals and deadlines.\r\nParticipate in relevant training and development opportunities, company coordination meetings, and company leadership meetings\r\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift light loads as necessary\r\nAbility to operate in a clerical setting, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.\r\nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Experience with DOD contracts and a related demonstration of leadership credentials.\r\nA minimum of 5 years of strong management experience showcasing the ability to establish solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\r\nProgram management experience in the field of aviation, engineering, and developmental programs.\r\nA demonstrated ability to plan effectively, be resilient to change, and operate in a dynamic environment.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.\r\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of people and personalities.\r\nA demonstrated pro-active self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects at once in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.\r\nHigh ethical standards.\r\nPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Experience with Independent Research & Development (IR&D) programs.\r\nA demonstrated ability to achieve cost, schedule, and performance objectives.\r\nEDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or similar technical discipline.\r\nPMP Certification (or U.S. Military equivalent) preferred.\r\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT Subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
