support agency business applications.\n\n· Contribute to program requirements and specifications documentation.\n\n· Research and document program user requirements.\n\n· Code software programs and applications per specifications.\n\n· Assist in developing and maintaining user manuals.\n\n· Collaborate with team members to resolve software-related issues.\n\n· Mentor and guide junior programmers.\n\n· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.\n\n· 7+ years' Oracle database experience, including complex queries and PL/SQL.\n\n· 5+ years' Oracle Forms application development.\n\n· 3+ years' JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, NodeJS, React, or jQuery).\n\n· 3+ years' full-stack development experience.\n\n· 3+ years' PHP development, preferably CodeIgniter.\n\n· Experience with Bootstrap, Git, Jenkins, and relational database designs.\n\n· Knowledge of object-oriented design, ISDM, UML, and database security.\n\n· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.\n\n· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\n· Preferred:\n\n· Oracle certification(s).\n\n· Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban).\n\n· Experience with Docker, GIS applications, and RESTful web services.\n\n· Understanding of environmental regulatory processes and DEP's
