Sales Assistant

We are excited to announce the opening of a potential new location in Newtown, PA and are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team. Training will take place at our flagship location in Philadelphia, with an expected training period of 6-8 months. After training, candidates must be able to commute and regularly work at the new location. While we can guarantee employment, we cannot yet guarantee the exact final location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team and our brand. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success as well as the success of the showroom. You will primarily be in charge of preparing our sales team for important meetings and appointments. Additional responsibilities include merchandising, writing sales orders, following up with customers about delivery time and finished orders. You will provide outstanding customer service by being the primary liaison between the sales team and the customer. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members Lead client correspondence Coordinate shipping and delivery Handle customer inquiries and issues Writing sales orders General administrative duties Merchandising items around seasons, events, daily looks Assist daily sales and operational needs of the showroom through successful account and order management tasks including, but not limited to, email broadcasts, submitting orders, tracking and shipping orders Be timely and provide clear, honest, and respectful communication with all customers and team members at all times Support and reinforce a positive showroom culture and embody company values QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Customer-service oriented Advanced organizational and communication skills Independent and entrepreneurial with creative, critical-thinking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Salesforce/Shopify experience a plus PERKS OF THE ROLE Flexible schedule (We are open to hiring at a full-time or part-time capacity) Collaborate (and HAVE FUN!) with a dynamic team of driven individuals Access to our luxury jewelry through a generous employee discount program Opportunity to carve out an exciting career path with a high-growth company Direct exposure to leadership and senior management, focusing on high-level sales strategy and business development training COMPENSATION A Sales Assistant is paid an hourly rate.
