We focus on providing safe, well-maintained homes and fast, dependable service for our tenants. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. Position Overview: The Maintenance Technician will handle day-to-day repairs, unit turns, and preventative maintenance across our residential portfolio. This position is ideal for someone who is versatile, reliable, and comfortable working independently Key Responsibilities: Perform general residential repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic HVAC troubleshooting Complete maintenance requests promptly and professionally Conduct regular property inspections and preventative maintenance Turn over units between tenants (patching, painting, cleaning, fixture replacement, etc.) Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order Interact respectfully with tenants and communicate effectively with management Qualifications: Experience in maintenance, repairs, or related trade Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Dependable, professional, and tenant-focused Benefits: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible and Rotational On-Call schedule Stable year-round work Supportive, small-team environment Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
