Sr Analyst Client RetainerSupports external customers in growing their core business with accurate and insightful data analysis. Knowledge of and experience with industry software tools to create, edit, and analyze complex reports, graphs, and presentations. Client-facing with a deep understanding of manufacturer and retailer processes, available data, and client objectives to create compelling narratives that drive results. Make sound decisions and the ability to take initiative and accountability for the accuracy of information. Independently take ownership of projects to completion by effectively coordinating all the necessary resources. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesData Analysis/Interpretation/RecommendationLeverage a broad range of data metrics, tools, and analytics to identify opportunities and deliver insights to our customers and clientsCraft engaging, data-driven stories that effectively communicate findings, actionable tactics and strategies, making insights accessible and impactfulDefine major business opportunities by prioritizing information to support the goals of our Clients, Customers, and CompanyExternal Client Management and Project SupportBuild collaborative relationships with clients, engaging on key business issues and developing strategies, business cases, insights and recommendations to drive clients' businessPerform project management duties by executing project schedules and deadlines, monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems, and ensuring timely deliverablesCommunicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project managementProvide business updates and track overall business KPI's for management and executive teamManage and maintain ongoing strategic and collaborative relationshipsMiscellaneous/TrainingParticipate in job-related data and tool trainings, internal team meetings and perform ad hoc analytical projects as neededSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect Reports- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reportsIndirect Reports- May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reportsTravel and/or Driving RequirementsTravel and/or Driving is not a requirementMinimum QualificationsEducation Level: - (Required): Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Math, Business, or Comparable Field of Study6-8 years of experienceSkills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesWell-organized and strong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication skills (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skillsMicrosoft Office Experience: Mastery of Excel, Word, PowerPointNielsen &/or Circana data pulling/systems experienceCPG Data knowledge/experience and ability to leverage data to tell a business driving storyCPG Industry knowledge including Retailer names, locations, channels, etc.Client management ability and experience (manage expectations, timelines, host check-ins, etc.)Environmental & Physical RequirementsOffice / Sedentary RequirementsIncumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
