Carpenter / Cabinet Installer
Job Overview:
Looking to hire a skilled trim carpenter with cabinet setting experience. Candidate will be trained to the specific standards our company provides to our customers. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and installing residential trim work. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in carpentry techniques and the ability to work with a variety of materials. We work in a fast paced environment therefore being a hardworking, task focused individual is of the utmost importance.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install wood materials according to specifications
- Install doors, casing, window trim, closet shelving, baseboards and various other moldings
- Follow building plans to meet project requirements
- Collaborate with coworkers to ensure the job is completed to specifications and on schedule.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have:

-must be able to work well as a team
-willing to travel to Donnelly for some jobs. Accommodations provided as well as daily per diem to assist with food and fuel.
Hours: Monday- Friday 7am-4pm
Saturday work may be available however, is optional
Pay: $23-26 per hour during training/probationary period
Overtime: paid overtime for hours worked over 40 in a given work week.
Pay schedule: every Monday
