Job SummaryRFS Sports is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow the Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama markets with their lines of Sports Flooring & Athletic Lockers. This person will call on Architects, Contractors, Coaches, and other End-Users focusing on the K-12, Collegiate Athletics, and Recreation markets.Responsibilities and Duties• 80% of time spent in the field visiting with clients• Communicate project details and pricing requests with the RFS Sports team• Follow up on projects and remain the point-of-contact through completion• Attend industry trade shows and eventsQualifications and Skills3 years of sales experience in the Architect/Design/Flooring industry is preferred, and experience in Athletics will be highly considered.Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment. Excellent sales aptitude, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Well developed organization and time management skills. Ability to work in a team environment and adjust direction quickly based on the needs and best interest of the company.Candidates must live within the territory and have the ability to cover all major markets within the territory on a regular basis
