Daycare Teacher Job Description Join Our Team! We are looking for a caring and responsible Daycare Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development while ensuring their daily safety and well-being. This position also includes driving the daycare bus to transport children safely. Responsibilities: Plan and lead age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment Manage classroom behavior with patience and understanding Supervise children during daily routines and activities Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and needs Safely drive the daycare bus to pick up and drop off children Follow all safety rules, traffic laws, and daycare transportation policies Requirements: High School Diploma (required) Experience in childcare or early childhood education (preferred) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate a daycare bus or willingness to be trained Passion for working with children Strong communication and teamwork skills Ready to make a difference in children’s lives?
