This role acts as a strategic and operational leader responsible for developing accurate forecasts, coordinating planning activities, and driving collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain. The SIOP Manager plays a key role in optimizing inventory, improving customer satisfaction, and enabling operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and facilitate the monthly SIOP process with a focus on continuous improvement.\nManage and validate sales forecasts while collaborating with commercial teams.\nOversee supply planning, including material availability, scheduling, and capacity planning.\nMonitor inventory levels, reduce excess stock, and maintain key KPIs.\nAct as the primary point of contact for all SIOP-related communication and alignment.\nUtilize analytical tools to prepare reports, develop forecasting tools, and evaluate KPIs.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.\nTrain and develop team members and stakeholders on SIOP processes and best practices.\nDirectly manage master schedulers and planners, providing leadership and coaching.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.\nProfessional certification preferred (APICS, CPIM, CSCP).\nMinimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations management.\nStrong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and Power BI.\nKnowledge of ERP/SIOP systems (Syteline, Kinaxis (Maestro) and LeanDNA preferred) and Lean/Six Sigma principles is a plus.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.\nAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment and lead cross‑functional teams.\nPreferred Competencies\nAbility to influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple departments.\nStrong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset\nExperience leading planning teams within a manufacturing or complex operational environment.\nPhysical Requirements:\nPosition may require travel up to 10% of the time\nFrequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers.\nFrequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, materials, and computer.\nThe person in this position needs to frequently move inside the office\nFrequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus.\nSalary Range\nPlease note the typical hiring range is $120,000 - $180,000 annually.
