Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.\n\nPosition Overview\nData Conversion Associate plays an essential role within the Shared Services Implementation\nteam. They focus on building upon a strong analytical skillset as well as working proficiently in\nExcel and other tools to assist partners in data gathering imperative to database creation. The\nData Conversion Associate II role uniquely builds upon a strong desire to expand into electronic\nconversion of data as well as tool development and efficiency building.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\nThe below represents the primary duties of the position, others may be assigned as needed. To\nperform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty\nsatisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or\nability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities\nto perform the essential functions.\nConversion and entry of employee demographic information, wage and tax information\nand other payroll and human resource data into Paylocity’s product suite.\nIndependently ascertain the correct tool utilization and necessary output required for\nimport using payroll and system knowledge\nBegin performing mid-level client extracts on our basic prior providers\nUse of MS Excel, SQL Server, Auto Hot Key functions and other Paylocity Data Conversion\ntools to troubleshoot, transform and update client database.\nEffectively communicate via verbal and written forums with members of Implementation\nLiaison with partnered teams to address questions and provide training when necessary\nFacilitates workflow via queue-based system\nTriages incoming work ensuring all necessary elements are present and correct resources are engaged\nOther duties as assigned\nEducation and Experience\nAt least 1 year of Data Conversion experience\nDemonstrated interest in learning, growth and career development\nStrong attention to detail\nStrong communication skills\nAnalytical/Problem solving ability\nAble to manage change successfully\nAbility to multi-task\nProven Mathematical reasoning skills\nTechnical aptitude\nSelf-motivated and demonstrates an ability to learn new concepts and applications quickly\nWillingness to perform a wide variety of tasks and projects independently\nIntermediate experience using MS Office with strong Excel skills\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.\nUse of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type.
