The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, contract oversight, customer engagement, quality assurance, and program execution support while serving as the primary interface with Government leadership. This position is responsible for ensuring successful execution of educational support services, coordinating program activities across multiple regions, and maintaining compliance with all contract requirements. This position is contingent upon contract award.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nManage all aspects of contract performance, including cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and risk.\nOversee execution of CDET program requirements and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and in accordance with contract standards.\nCoordinate seminar scheduling and execution activities with Regional Directors (RDs).\nPrepare and submit monthly status reports and participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs).\nConduct a minimum of one quality control visit annually to each regional site.\nManage Common Access Card (CAC) requests and related personnel access requirements.\nAttend and support the annual faculty workshop, typically conducted during the summer and lasting approximately five days.\nPrepare and deliver program status reports, briefings, and executive-level presentations.\nMonitor contract performance and ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.\nMaintain strong working relationships with MCU and CDET leadership.\nEnsure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.\nSupervise and evaluate contractor personnel.\nManage workforce planning and staffing requirements.\nEnsure personnel possess required qualifications, certifications, and training.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience serving as a primary customer interface and managing Government contracts.\nDemonstrated experience managing contract performance, schedules, deliverables, and customer relationships.\nExperience overseeing geographically dispersed personnel and operations.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent program management credential.\nExperience supporting Marine Corps University, TECOM, CDET, or other Marine Corps education and training organizations.\nPrior Marine Corps or DoD academic program experience.\nExperience managing educational, training, distance learning, or professional military education programs.\n\nSecurity Requirements\nU.S. Citizenship required.\nActive Secret clearance (Tier 3 Investigation) required.\nAbility to maintain eligibility for continued access to Government facilities and systems.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong leadership and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nKnowledge of DoD acquisition, contract management, and performance-based services.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to interact effectively with senior military and civilian leadership\n\nWork Location\nFull-time position located in Quantico, Virginia.\nOccasional travel required to support regional site visits, Government meetings, and annual faculty workshops.\n\nThis document is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all job-related activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
