If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You Will DoSupport Electrical Panel and Device manufacturing teams by developing Build Inspection Plans and investigating build‑related issuesCommunicate issues and resolutions to Design Engineering; track closure through PCRsResearch issues using 3D models, drawings, and engineering systemsMaintain strong communication with design engineering and product definition teamsAdvise manufacturing leadership and hourly workforce on engineering issuesUpdate engineering documentation per change‑management practicesSupport root‑cause analysis and proper issue closureParticipate in design reviews, first article inspections, and daily pulse meetingsWhat You Will BringBachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, ORAssociates degree with a minimum of 5 years manufacturing and/or engineering experienceAbility to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and 3D modelsBasic understanding of electronics is required as a minimumComfortable working in a shop‑floor environmentExceptional knowledge of NCR and Gage Cal processesHardware/Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skillsSelf‑motivated with strong sense of urgency Desired SkillsExperience with Oracle, Wilmor, TEEXMA, Zuken, Reliance; Teamcenter/NX/AWC/VisMockupERP Systems KnowledgePay Range: $65,000 to $75,000 per yearCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.Work RequirementsThis role is considered an on-site position located in Erie, PA.You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
