This role will work closely with program offices, subject matter experts and end users to gather, organize, and document project requirements throughout the development process. This position will actively engage with SharePoint Administrator(s) to provide technical support for SharePoint based custom applications, to include building workflows and automating processes.\r\nThis position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nLead software development projects, from design to implementation.\r\nCollaborate with functional units/programs to gather requirements and validate processes throughout the project design and development phases.\r\nConfigure, integrate, test, implement, and validate new features and applications based on documented project requirements.\r\nCollaborate with Programmer team members on standard builds, custom solutions, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.\r\nConceptualize, design, and develop advanced UI widgets and JavaScript modules and frameworks.\r\nMange builds of workflows and custom solutions using PowerApps and Power Automate/Flow.\r\nEstablish SOPs, create user guides/manuals, and provide technical training as needed.\r\nLeverage the integration of Microsoft 365 applications (to include Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.) with SharePoint to increase efficiency and develop new processes.\r\nMake expert recommendations for custom solutions or system enhancements.\r\nExpertly analyze end-user requirements and cases to design user improvements based on code performance and user feedback.\r\nMentor team members and perform quality assurance reviews on team members' work.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nQualifications\r\nQualifications – Here's What You Need\r\nThe qualifications and skills listed below are intended to provide a general overview of the requirements for this position. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities as outlined by the client.\r\nMust possess a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred or relevant certifications.\r\nExperience working in an enterprise collaborative environment.\r\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform Applications.\r\nAdvanced knowledge of HTML and CSS, including audio & video elements and SVG.\r\nAdvanced knowledge of CSV, XML, and JSON, and experience with base64 encoding.\r\nExperience implementing common design patterns, managing advanced database interactions, and designing/developing third-party libraries and frameworks.\r\nAdvanced knowledge of procedural and object-oriented JavaScript, including ES6 features & syntax, custom classes, OOP inheritance, asynchronous data retrieval, and experimental APIs. Must be able to design and develop custom efficiency tools in JavaScript (one other language preferred).\r\nMust be able to troubleshoot code written by team members.\r\nAdvanced understanding of APIs and development tools/techniques and programming libraries to retrieve data (i.e., jQuery, Ajax, Axios, React). Demonstrated experience working with RESTful APIs, regular expressions, and other third-party libraries/frameworks.\r\nDemonstrated mastery of quality assurance review and troubleshooting.\r\nExperience in implementing/approving custom-built solutions and managing content/organizational flow for all deliverables.\r\nExperience developing mobile applications for Android/iOS.\r\nSecret Clearnce is required.\r\nDue to the nature of work at the client's site, U.S. Citizenship is required.\r\nMust be able to pass a background check.
