Ensure that all trades follow safety and OSHA guidelines.\nVerify safety meetings are being held at least weekly.\nInvestigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites to ensure that proper construction procedures are being followed.\nCoordinate all Change Orders with foreman\\project manager.\nAssist in creating and ensure punch list items are completed.\nAssist estimating team with inquiries job scope of work or productivity.\nWork with shop/office on rental equipment and equipment moves.\nResponsibilities mentioned above are for reference – as a part of the Eclipse Companies' team, additional responsibilities may be assigned to cover an immediate or permanent need.\n\nBackground Profile:\n\nSafety experience in civil construction projects a plus\nDemonstrated ability to communicate and influence all stakeholders including\ncolleagues, internal executives, and client representatives\n\nStrong attention to detail and time management skills.
