Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results. Plans will outline remote strategies and techniques to address target behaviors and teach socially appropriate behaviors. Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals through virtual meetings to ensure data collection and analysis for effective treatment.\nRemote Service Implementation (Supervision, Virtual Sessions, and Parent Training): Provide direct ABA therapy through telehealth platforms, implementing BIPs. This includes 1:1 virtual sessions with clients in which th BCBA provides RBT supervision, and virtual parent/caregiver training to ensure consistent implementation across home, school, and other environments. Train caregivers on how to apply interventions remotely to support generalization of skills across different settings.\nDocumentation: Maintain accurate and organized digital records, including assessment reports, progress notes, and behavior intervention plans, through secure, online documentation systems.\nEthics and Professionalism: Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).\nContinuing Education: Stay updated with the latest research and remote practices in applied behavior analysis. Pursue ongoing professional development through online courses and maintain BCBA certification.\nJob Description:\nFollows the policies and procedures of Principles of Learning, INC.\nPediatrics: Children ages 2-20.\nHours per week: Caseload will be assigned based on BCBAs responsibility. Each case will have 2 hours of parent training and 2 hours of RBT supervision per week.\nServices provided remotely via HIPPA compliant telehealth platforms: Zoom.us and DocuSign application to collect virtual signatures.\nPayment: $50 per hour. Paid weekly.\nThe contract is flexible and can be terminated at any time by either party.
