Theater Runner- S+R

Primary Job Duties:Accurately deliver food, alcohol, beverages, and other items to guests efficiently throughout the movieAssists servers with guest needs, including silverware and condimentsClears tables distraction free throughout the movie using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverwareFamiliarize row/seat numbers and food menu for TheaterCommunicate with guests and answer basic theater/STRIKE+REEL related questionsClean and set up auditoriums after movie endsPrepare and maintain runner station at drink expo lineCarry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washingSupport other areas of the operation as necessary, including setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenanceComplete housekeeping duties including sweeping/mopping floors, removing trash, and cleaning restroomsOpening or closing of the theaters per opening/closing checklistAssist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or managerMaintain uniform standards and a professional appearanceRequirements Physical Requirements:Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turningMust be able to lift 40 lbsMust be able to communicate with guests and accept and deliver drink ordersSpecial Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old (18 years old to serve alcohol with valid alcohol license)Must possess a valid Food Handler's Certificate or other similar license per local codeObtain training certification per company policyStandard Company Expectations: Goes beyond normal expectations without compromising the company mission, vision and values.Demonstrates the ability to be courteous and accountable in all situations.Responding to guests' special requests in a courteous and accountable fashion.Monitors the consistency of the product provided to all guests.Works in a friendly, honest, and diligent manner with fellow team members, supervisors, and managers and listens to others with compassion.
