Our DoD SkillBridge Internship is open for all active-duty service members within the last 180 days of their service contract with commanding officer approval.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssists with various projects in support of the department\nMay perform duties such as gathering and organizing data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports.\nParticipate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.\nMay work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nWill be dependent on the internship positions selected for.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\nMust be active-duty military in good standing with the DoD within the last 180 days of service contract.\nMust receive commanding officer approval to participate.\nCOMPETENCIES\nStrong oral, written, and communication skills\nAbility to work well with diverse groups of people\nComfortable talking with and interacting with others\nKnowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Outlook\nWORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL ACTIVITY\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
