Technology Writer

Job Overview We are seeking a Technology Writer to join our team. Duties Creating, editing, and publishing documentation related to Information Technology (IT) products, services, and processes. Researching, organizing, writing, editing, and formatting technical information to produce high-quality documents for a specific audience. Creating paper-based and digital operating instructions, how-to manuals, assembly instructions, and frequently asked questions pages to help technical support staff, consumers, and other users within a company or an industry. Preparing instruction manuals, disseminating technical information in easy-to-understand language for a non-technical audience, and having technical accuracy in writing user documentation. Creating software documentation after a thorough collaboration with subject matter experts and technical staff, and helping other writers in creating documentation. Requirements High School Diploma 2-5 years of experience as a Writer, particularly creating content for non-technical users about the internet, consumer tech, web publishing or a related field.
